Our purpose-built Rehab facility has no members. We have a maximum of three users in the gym at once. This ensures a quiet space with no crowds and no queues for equipment. We think it's important to focus on what matters most - you and your unique goals.

GETTING HERE

Located between Bourne End and Wooburn Green. You'll find our entrance behind Red Line Interiors on the roadside.

There is free parking outside Redline, or we pay for an overflow space in the Church car park on Princes Road. We ask that you please refrain from blocking in any vehicles.

Please head through the signposted side gate on the right hand-side and round the back to the grassy area behind. Our studio overlooks this grassy outdoor training area.
