Azzurro evening boot camps are back from April!
Outdoor training on our private lawn area puts the fun back into fitness. Anything goes in this functional training camp, designed to increase strength, tone, burn fat and build lean muscle in our all action boot camp style classes in the great outdoors. Designed and run by one of our experienced strength and conditioning coaches and/or personal trainers, these classes have been carefully planned to get maximum results in time for summer. The class runs in a circuit style and class makes use of all of our functional equipment including tyres, battling rope, sledgehammers, sandbags, ladders, kettlebells and much more!
So if lifting weights in the gym isn’t for you, why not come down to Azzurro for something different, and help improve your fitness for summer.
